摘要:
篩管過濾精度對油氣井高效防砂至關重要,針對金屬網布篩管,利用高溫高壓釜以及自主研制的高溫過濾精度試驗裝置,并結合粒度分析等方法和手段,研究溫度及腐蝕因素對篩管過濾精度的影響規律。通過高溫及腐蝕試驗后收集的濾出砂分析結果發現,試驗砂粒度中值、高于篩管名義擋砂精度砂粒含量、出砂質量、過濾比等均隨溫度升高而減小。表明篩管在高溫和腐蝕作用后依然表現出良好的擋砂性能。
Abstract:
The filtration precision of sand control screen plays a vital role in efficient sand control. Metal mesh screen was chosen for the tested materials, and the effect of temperature and corrosion on the filtration precision of sand control screen was investigated by hightemperature highpressure autoclave and independently developed filtration precision experimental devices, combined with analysis of laser particle size analyzer, etc. The results indicated that the grain size median, the sand content that lager than the nominal filtration precision filtered out from metal mesh screen, the amount of sand and filtering ratio decreased as the temperature increased. The screen still showed good sand retention performance after high temperature and corrosion.
