Sercel公司在FDU2S采集站維修技術方面對國內領域一直未開放,國內維修處在探索階段。為提升采集站修復率,開展了針對FDU2S采集站主要故障類型的技術研究。首先從分析FDU2S采集站的工作原理入手,根據FDU2S采集站實現的功能,將電路板細分為五大模塊,并繪制了采集站工作原理框圖,結合TMS428測試系統對采集站的測試項目的選取和測試指標的設置,畫出采集站測試原理框圖。根據得到的電路原理及信號分析,對電路板加入測試信號,通過追蹤信號走向,確定關鍵元器件型號等手段,繪制了電源電路圖、測試電路圖。結合維修
Abstract:
Sercel Company has not opened the FDU2S acquisition station maintenance technology to the domestic field. The domestic maintenance is in the exploratory stage. In order to improve maintenance efficiency, research on main fault types has been carried out. Firstly, the working principle of FDU2S acquisition station is analyzed. According to the function of FDU2S acquisition station, the circuit board is classified into five modules, and the working principle block diagram is drawn. Combined with the testing items of the acquisition station by the TMS428 testing system, the testing principle block diagram is also drawn. According to the obtained circuit principle and signal analysis, test signal is added to the circuit board, and the power circuit diagram and test circuit diagram are drawn by means of tracing the direction of the signal and determining the type of the key components. Combined with maintenance examples, the maintenance and testing process is summarized.
