摘要:
注采氣站是儲氣庫地面設施的重要組成部分,其設施種類繁多、工藝復雜,且運行過程中可能受腐蝕、制造缺陷、施工缺陷、動載荷等風險因素的影響,如何預知、預測與預防注采氣站風險,避免惡性事故發生,保障注采氣站安全高效運行,是當前的重大安全需求。將儲氣庫站場劃分為三個單元,即壓縮機組單元、處理系統單元和管路單元,基于風險排序與危險和可操作性方法(HAZOP)建立風險評估方法。結合金壇儲氣庫實際,應用所建立的方法對站內設施進行風險評價,并給出風險控制措施建議。
Abstract:
Gas injection and production station is an important part of the ground facilities of gas storage. There are many kinds of facilities, complex technology, and the operation process may be affected by risk factors such as corrosion, manufacturing defects, construction defects, dynamic loads. How to predict and prevent these risks, avoid malignant accidents, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of gas injection and production stations is the current major safety needs. The paper divided the station into three elements, established a new risk assessment method based on risk ranking and HAZOP. The paper also applied the method to assess these facilities on the station of Jintan gas storage. At last, it presented the suggestive measures to control these risks.
