摘要:
針對儲氣庫注采井蒸氣云爆炸災害,采用基于BEGGS阻流模型和注采井無阻流量的井口設施泄漏率計算模型、以及基于高斯煙羽的蒸氣云散布模型和蒸氣云爆炸TNT當量法,研究了儲氣庫注采井蒸氣云爆炸致災范圍確定方法,并分析了井噴模式下不同風速下注采井蒸氣云爆炸對建筑物和人的致災影響范圍,為儲氣庫泄漏后果評估與應急預案編制提供了技術支持。
Abstract:
Aiming at the hazards of vapor cloud explosion for injectionwithdrawal wells of gas storage, the methods to determine the hazard range of vapor cloud explosion were studied by using the calculation model of leakage rate of wellhead facilities based on BEGGS blocking model and open flow capacity of injectionwithdrawal wells, vapor cloud dispersion model based on gauss plume and TNT equivalent method of vapor cloud explosion, and the hazard range of vapor cloud explosion on buildings and people were provided under different wind speeds and blowout. The decision support can be provided for leakage consequences assessment and emergency plan.
