摘要:
為了解決小井眼以及水平井電阻率測量的需要,設計了儀器外徑為70 mm的小直徑陣列感應測井儀。直井和斜井可采用電纜直傳測井的方式,水平井可采用泵出或鉆具輸送的存儲式測井方式。儀器采用五組線圈系,三個工作頻率同時測量井下地層的感應信號,通過數字信號處理技術來消除各種環境影響,測井儀一次下井可以同時獲得三種縱向分辨率、五種徑向探測深度合成電阻率曲線。通過反演計算可以獲得原狀地層真電阻率、沖洗帶電阻率、侵入深度等參數,通過一維反演得到電阻率侵入剖面。高集成度、高溫器件的選用,滿足了儀器的小型化和水平井長時間測量的要求。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of slim hole and formation resistivity measurement in horizontal well, a small diameter array induction logging tool with an outer diameter of 70 mm was designed. Wireline logging can be used in vertical and deviated well, and pumpout memory logging or toolpusher memory logging can be applied to horizontal well. The instrument uses five groups of coils and three working frequencies to measure the inductive signals of the underground formation at the same time, and eliminates various environmental impacts by digital signal processing technology. Three kinds of vertical resolution and five kinds of synthetic resistivity curves of radial detection depth can be obtained at the same time when the logging tool goes down a well. Resistivity of undisturbed zone, resistivity of flushing zone and invasion depth can be obtained by inversion calculation, and the resistivity invasion profile can be obtained by onedimensional inversion. The selection of high integration and high temperature devices meets the requirements of miniaturization of the instrument and long time measurement of horizontal wells.
