摘要:
針對常規射孔壓力計無法測試記錄整個射孔全過程,不能有效評價射孔工藝的射孔效果的問題,運用DMA邊采邊存技術、FIFO負延時技術以及電池低功耗管理技術,設計開發了高速射孔壓力計。該射孔壓力計能自動記錄射孔作業過程中井下爆炸燃燒瞬間的各項參數,在射孔后不起出管柱的情況下監測井下壓力的恢復狀況。經試驗驗證,通過監測射孔瞬間的各項參數,能夠有效評價射孔效果,是對射孔工藝技術的補充與完善,滿足常規射孔壓力計的恢復壓測試工作要求,簡化了施工工藝,并為油井的動態分析及制定合理的開采制度提供依據。
Abstract:
The conventional perforating pressure gauge cannot test and record the whole perforating process, and cannot effectively evaluate the perforating effect of the perforating process. The highspeed perforating pressure gauge is designed and developed by using DMA technology, FIFO negative delay technology and battery low power management technology. The perforating pressure gauge can automatically record all parameters of explosion and combustion moments in the downhole during the perforating operation, and monitor the recovery of downhole pressure after perforating without lifting string out. It is proved by the test that the perforating effect can be evaluated effectively by monitoring various parameters of perforating moment, which is a supplement and improvement to the perforating technology, meets the requirements of restoration pressure test of conventional perforating pressure gauge, simplifies the construction process, and provides a basis for the dynamic analysis of oil wells and the formulation of reasonable production system.
