摘要:
高壓天然氣管線脆性斷裂往往會導致災難性事故。回顧了早期國際上脆性斷裂止裂的研究成果,對目前我國及國際上管線鋼管技術標準中作為重要控制指標的DWTT剪切面積的規定進行了總結,并在脆性斷裂止裂理論基礎上,分析討論了我國天然氣管道長輸管線用高鋼級厚壁管線管DWTT技術要求,指出對于現代高強韌性X80厚壁管線鋼管,在較低應力水平下使用時,DWTT要求建議為平均值50%SADWTT,另外還提出了管線鋼板材DWTT試驗溫度分析方法和推薦值。
Abstract:
Brittle fracture of highpressure natural gas pipelines always leads to catastrophic accidents. This paper reviews the early international research results on brittle fracture crack arrest. Based on the theory of brittle fracture crack arrest, the technical requirements of DWTT for high grade pipelines with heavy wall thickness used in long distance natural gas pipelines in China are analyzed and discussed. It is pointed out that when the modern high strength and toughness X80 pipe with heavy wall thickness is used at low stress level, the average shear area value of DWTT of the pipe is recommended to be 50% SADWTT. In addition, the temperature analysis method and recommended value of DWTT test for coil or plate are proposed.
